The nearest station is Higashi-Shinjuku
on the Oedo line and the Fukutoshin line.
It takes 2 minutes.

The easiest way is to take a taxi if your hotel is somewhere in the Shinjuku area.
It takes 10 minutes from JR Shinjuku station and costs around 1000 yen.

I will explain to a taxi driver in Japanese if you have a mobile phone.
Then I will wait for you in front of my place.
